Wright Anvil

Found an old 100 pound Peter Wright in kind of poor shape. will take a lot of grinding and polishing, but probably no welding.

having fun with shopers

When I have received phone calls where the person starts with “How much do you charge?”, I have always responded with a question as to how much money they have and inform them that I want it all.
To day I used a new line as I arrived at a stable a person asked if I was the Farrier and how much did I charge.
I explained that I believe that I am at the top price in the county, but if she could find someone more expensive, I would match their price.
She had me trim her horse and we’ll shoe it next month.
