what’s important to your clients ?
I have ben asking clients why they use me instead of the umteen other guys lately out of morbid curiosity. Most said its how I handle horses. Some that shoes don’t fall off. Some that I show up. And some that say they prefer the way I shoe. Pretty much in that order. While I was tickled with the first answer I got to wondering about the order of the other answers. Is that how most owners feel ?i’ve never rally ben on the consumer end of this business so I thought id ask you all. Why do they call you ?
